				Sriracha sauce is a brand of hot sauce that you can find everywhere around here.  Kind of like Chinese Tabasco.  (thicker and richer than Tabasco, though.)  I get 28 oz bottles for about $3.  I use a LOT.  Made in the USA.

Edit: I did find Sriracha at a restaurant when I was travelling out of state once.  I clutched it to my homesick bosom, then DUMPED it ALL OVER my pale and lifeless restaurant eggs and potatoes!  Yummy!
