Hmmmm.....then I would say that men are THAT obsessed with the size of our breasts, too.

I have a hard time with the word "obsessed" - I don't think men are that shallow. In fact, my husband is a very complex, deep man who is intellectual and someone I respect a great deal. I think that he is more grounded, solid, and less emotional when it comes to making decisions and therefore makes more objective, rational decisions. I truly admire him, as do I admire that quality in a large majority of men. He has his insecurities about the way his body looks, as do I. Just to clarify, size is never something he has had a concern with.
I think that women in general have trials that we face regarding our body images. Are we too fat? Do we have a huge rear end? These body images can lead to major distortions in our perceptions of ourselves and can manifest themselves in very unhealthy ways - anorexia, bulemia, cutting, plastic surgery (breast augmentation) liposuction, etc. Does this make us "obsessed"? Perhaps a few women are because they take their concerns about their body images to the extreme, but mostly, no.
Men, too have insecurities about their bodies that stem from societal pressures. I don't think that it is fair to say that they are obsessed - although their may be a few men here and there who are - but that they have the societal pressures just like we do.
Just like women are targeted by companies to "help" us with our insecurities - enter Maybelline, Weight Watchers, Virginia Slims, so do companies target men - enter viagra, penis enlargers, etc.
We all have our insecurities, but what is at the heart of it isn't a stupid vain woman or a penile obsessed man, but a human being with a heart and some distortions about what normal is.

    That's funny.
I get those penis related spams all the time but I don't think I've ever gotten one offering to make my boobs bigger.
