It would be SO exciting to finally find out what's wrong. 'Bout time.
If you want to have some fun with your co-workers, you could wait until one of them bumps your chair or something. You could then yelp, put your hand to your neck, and start twitching or something. Though I supposes they're being sincere and to tease them would be Wrong.

Walk around with a hard candy in your mouth, when someone bumps bite down hard and make a big crunch, then fall on the floor and don't move a muscle. *That* would be something to see.
