Since I'm just starting to keep track because my running is more than my walking, I did 3 miles today! I thought I was going slower because I was sore from a ride yesterday and it hurt. It was also hot. I don't normally sweat but it was running off my face![]()
Suffice it to say I thought I was going slower and I ended up finishing about 5 minutes before I normally do! I am not a runner but it is getting not as bad.
