    Yeah well I thought about that. But then in order to pay a mulch spreading person, I'd have to work a bunch of extra hours and thus cut back on my biking anyway!

    Fortunately, my husband is very tolerant of such things.

    And if you want to go classy leather (though heavy), you could modify a JW Hulme bag.
