Texas has really been getting it bad, it was a year ago this week that my house was flooded but at least it wasn't completely destroyed. I'm getting out of here and going condo.

Watch out Lisa! The last time I tried to shovel two truckloads of mulch I pulled muscles in my back & couldn't ride my bike for two weeks. I'd rather be riding, pay someone else to mulch, and then come home and sit in the newly mulched garden, drinking iced tea! Of course, that would be in the world in which I had all the money I needed to hire someone to do those things....

Yeah well I thought about that. But then in order to pay a mulch spreading person, I'd have to work a bunch of extra hours and thus cut back on my biking anyway!

No it's not a bike bag. See above explanation. My DH designed the complete metal brace attachment system for it and had a friend of ours who is a machinist make it. The leather parts of the bag were all as is. My DH can do anything!!! (brag brag....)

My garden has been neglected due to my biking for almost a year now, and I'm happy to spend a few days getting it looking nice again. Hey I rode 32 miles this morning- don't worry I'm biking plenty.

OK Donna. You make and serve us the iced tea all day and "supervise", and I'll shovel the mulch. Then we'll go for a nice easy ride and stop for ice cream at Ralph's Cafe in town on the way back.
