    Windance, I was wondering where you've been ! Welcome back.

    No worries kjay, we all hit it off really well. Some of us have known each other for some time now, and others, perhaps a couple of us have met once or twice, if that. But you know what? We all enjoy cycling and it's all good.

    Well, I had a hankering for an ice cream during my ride today. So there.

    Instead, we had ham & pineapple 'za when we got home.

    And there's a Brown Cow vanilla cream-top yogurt calling to me from the fridge. Curses on the one who turned me on to those !

    I'd like to come along too!

    I'd be very interested in the shorter-than-50-mile option, because I am breaking in a new Brooks saddle I got for Xmas (yay - maybe my saddle woes are nearly over!), but I don't think the saddle and my bum are well enough acquainted yet for 50 miles
