Snap- The neighbourhood parade looked like great fun. Chloe made an adorable ladybug.

    Kit- How was the RHPS?????

Xrayted- what a fabulous memory of your mom! Love the pumpkins. Calvin and Hobbes is my favourite, as I am a huge Calvin and Hobbes fanatic. Ah, yes, I did see that post and laughed hysterically. I loved it. Sorry you had to remove it.

Mimi- Have an awesome time in Italy! Sorry about your back. I guess this means the TD girls will not be getting Olive Oil?

Salsa- I am sorry to hear about Beemer. ((((((Hugs)))))) Congrats on being liberated from your bejeweled walking boot.

CC-I am afraid to ask, but I must. What is Vegemite?? Also, what is bothering you. I share my pain.

Deb-Congrats on getting the proposal finished.

((((CWR)))))-go home now. Take heavy duty meds and while you are at it, tell them you cannot come in tomorrow either. Feel better soon.

Yes BMO3, you should be able to put someone on ignore.

Click on the offending user's name, then go to view public profile. You should see "Add *** to your ignore list" Click on it and that should do it!

Thanks Snap! I would have ever known. What does adding the person to your buddy list do?

    1. WHAT? What happened? What are we ignoring? Post me links people! You know I'm much too busy being happy and exausted to follow TE brou-ha-has these days! Help a girl out!

    2. Snap--impressive computer graphics skills, as always. Chloe's so cute as a ladybug. I love the evolution of the Halloween parade.

    3. Jennifer/B3--sorry. I put a package in the mail yesterday, that should cheer you up! Are you sure that's a guy (your DH)? It was always like that with woman partners for me--I know you're mad at me and just won't tell me--wait...that was *my* attitude. Never mind. "No, honey, it's just that my brain was temporarily deprived of oxygen. No, I'm not blaming you for it."

    4. I think KN has pix of butch island girl, and is just holding out for a suitable bribe. Hmmmm? What think you, TD?

    5. J. keeps me up way too late making me very happy. I am tired. Would like to quit work yet have paychecks keep rolling in. My chances? Slim. Back to work.

I am not ignoring anyone, but Snap taught me how.

Our host informed us that RHPS, while normally starting at 12, starts at 9 halloween night, so we missed it. On the upshot, though, we all watched it at his place and yelled/threw things at the appropriate times- so it was all good. The hostess was Magenta, the host was Marilyn Monroe (until the duct tape making his 'cleavage' started irritating his moobs, then we ripped it off. This did not make him feel better) bloody bulls etc all 'round, it was a good party. My god, some of those lines, though... so raunchy.

I even managed a trick-or-treater at work! One of my coworkers brought her daughter in. So weird seeing the daughter of a girl my age. She looked like a little her! Weird weird. I know, I know. Too cute, though.

I could possibly arrange a trade with pics of my costume... I *need* pics of that. Still... hm. I think my modest modesty is still a little upset with me over that.

I figured out how to go as a naked guy for next year's halloween. Just gotta wear my trench coat over the top so I don't get arrested. I have to do this **** while I'm young enough to say "I didn't know any better!"

Bmo3 - sorry to hear about the TIA. Sounds very scary! I'm sure dh will come around. If not, send him to KN and the butch island girl can make him come 'round, hehe.

X - very cool about your mom. I can only aspire to such coolness.

Snap - love the pix. Thanks for sharing! And thanks for the tip on ignoring posts. That could come in handy.....

Lise - could I send you my profile and let you take a look at it? And then could you fill me in on the bru ha ha that's going on? I must have missed it (thank God).

Amber - girl, head home. Take some drugs and then a nap. Hope you feel better soon!

Thank you for comfirming that as parents we are doing the right thing. Sometimes the lines get blurred. Again, thanks.

As for the craziness, I suggest wandering to the Ice Crfeam Factory, then while enjoy a lot of ice-cream, post on "Dear So and So".

MP-Yes, everytime I read Lise's post I get a huge smile on my face. I am so happy for them.

Kit- Bummer you missed the showing, although your own private party sounds as though it was much more fun. I do hope the host's moobs are better off today. I could see how duct tape could irritate.
We all need to get together for Halloween. I personally am thrilled to know someone who already has a plan to "dress" as a naked man for Halloween.

(((CWR)))-I do so hope you are at home, medicated, and sleeping. Feel better soon!

mtbdarby-I have had several before they are not scary anymore. I do think they terrify DH and that is why he is acting like an a** today.
I have been singing that silly jingle ever since Knot wrote about her costume.

Hello Humor section-no one wrote to tell me a little sun was creating such a fuss. Maybe next time the ER willl let me use my laptop so I can keep track of things? I do get behind.
