Thats about right. 42 = 10. I'm a 41, which is a 9.5.......

It might depend on how the shoes run for a specific brand. I'm a 10 US and my Sidis are 43 Mega. The Mega refers to wide width - if you have big flippers I can't recommend the Sidis highly enough.
