I got a pr of Boure knickers last spring and like them a lot. Mail order, great service, competitive price, sizing may be a little on the large side.

I have the Louis Garneau Sensor Knickers http://tinyurl.com/mt888
They are ok, but the chamois is a little soft. I like the styling otherwise. I tried about four or five other brands of knickers without finding one I liked, and eventually just gave up and kept these...

I also have the Witches Britches - they're great, but should be worn in cold weather as the knees can get too toasty otherwise.
And I have the Pedal Pushers - Snap we have the same taste in knickers. I also like them a lot. Wore them for the first 2/3 of my 600k and they were great!! Of course, I wore a hole in the inner thigh from an untested bike bag which I better fix pretty soon!
