Rest day yesterday (as hard as it was to stay inside from the sunny, low-wind, 78 degree temps)

B: 2 eggs, steel cut oats with almonds and dried cranberries, skim milk, coffee
S: Almonds and raisins
L: Whole Wheat tortilla with a roasted skinless chicken breast, 1 oz yummy Gouda, lettuce, banana
S: Almonds and raisins
D: Sweet basil chicken/turkey sausage, brown rice medley, steamed bok choy and watercress, small green leaf salad (from a friends garden) with a dressing of olive oil and champagne vinegar, skim milk

And...I finally hit my rest day calorie goal - or at least the lower limit of it I am in training out of the office all week so I don't have any real chance to vary my snacks and lunches this week.
