Looks like I have a bit of tendonitis in my hamstring. I have an order to see my old PT, who did a bang up job of getting my right hip in order last year. Hopefully, I'll be good to go soon. The doc didn't tell me to stop running altogether unless it continues to get worse. I'm not supposed to increase speed or volume though. My first PT appointment is Tuesday, so I'm reserving judgment on that until the PT gives me a once over. He's kind of anti-running as it is, so we'll see.
