S: 6 multi-grain tortilla chips with black bean salsa
40 minute bike ride - wasn't dressed warm enough
D: Roasted skinless chicken breast, green beans and cauliflower, sprouted grain bread, 1 beer and strawberries with lo-fat Greek yogurt for desert
S: Bran cereal with skim milk
