Tonight we're eating out at Northern Chinese cuisine restaurant. They make their own noodles...throwing around the stretched dough between the hands.

This time won't be ordering their lamb noodle soup..which I found a tad heavy. Lamb soup is not typical at all in southern Chinese cuisine so I found it as something "new".

Maybe have their soup dumplings --dumplings that contain soup broth...gotta to be careful to bite into one..
