BIG CONGRATS! That is outstanding progress. Perhaps you really have reached a natural minimum. When I was younger, just like you I lost a lot of weight but stalled around 120, and then I really upped my marathon training and cut out more food to get to 115, but when I checked my bodyfat, I realized that to get below 120 I had to start losing muscle, which backfired, and then I rapidly gained the weight back and more, losing my calorie burning muscle tissue! I am also curious what your starting weight was a year ago.
