LOL I wonder what makes the burgers Australian?? Maybe you can get them with Beetroot on them (mmm I do miss Beetroot on my burgers). I think the only thing Australian about the Outback steakhouse is the silly names of the things on the menu.

Back to Tim Tams if you live in DC I think the Australian Embassy has a shop that you can get all sorts of yummy Aussie products from including the addictive Tim Tams. My husband was in DC awhile back and came home with some and they were demolished by the family in record time.

Bloomington Indiana is Tim Tam Free!

However, the new IU president is from Australia, I think.

Today, I ask one of my assistants if she knows of anyone who sells Tim Tams...she goes "Oh yeah, we had some friends bring us some from Australia!!!"

It seems everyone has experienced these things but me!!!

But, I lost three pounds this week!

Mr. Silver - do you have a "World Market" in your neighborhood? If so, check out their cookies section. If not, PM me your address and I'll drop some in the mail to you. Of course you must share with Silver!

So what you're saying is that I can go to SJC and it is right there? Walking distance maybe?

After all the discussion here(I am a victim of peer pressure), and being near a World Market, and it being that time of the month (I really don't like chocolate except for one week each month) - I procured some Arnotts Chocolate Biscuits on Thursday - by tomorrow they will be no more. They are a tasty treat.

Well, the area around SJC isn't the most pedestrian friendly...but I suppose one could do it if the siren song of Tim Tams was in the air.

I still have some hershey's kisses that are in red and green wrappers - I hope they are from xmas 2006. My weakness is salt/grease which I try to keep in check by substituting popcorn for corn chips, potato chips, bacon etc.

I am down to two Arnotts biscuits left in the package.

    9 down- two to go!!!
Hmm.. Maybe a trip up to cost plus would ease my back pain.
A tim tam sounds REAL good to this gimpy girl right now! 'specially since it appears my planned ride is off for tonight!

Bloomington isn't (oops - I just blinked) is Tim Tam Free

14 pounds of Tim Tams just arrived at my office!

I'm 120 miles away from my office.

I suggested the box be opened and shared (what a boss I am).

Unfortunately, within 10 minutes, Bloomington Indiana just became a Tim Tam free zone again! Rumor has it that folks came running from the building across the street when word got out. It must have been a riot!!! Oops...this just in while I'm typing, I received a call indicating one potential Tim Tam Overdose...apparently, it just took three.
If there's not at least one left when I get back, there my be some stressed performance reviews this year!

But, a small sacrifice for the happiness of my staff AND my waistline
