Off to Ohio, I will make my decision and purchase when I get home...I feel strangely drawn to long-sleeved choices....

    hint.....hint.....

Just thought I'm put my name on this thread just in case Bikeless is out there and still wondering about birthday-present-ideas.....or Christmas presents.....or Chanukka presents.....(or any other holiday that warrants presents)......

Either short sleved or long sleved or short with arm warmers would be greatly appreciated.......and would be worn proudly both here and at the AidsRide07...

In general, I prefer black and earth tones and simple designs, but I am willing to make exceptions.....

Just remember we ride on the RIGHT hand side of the road

OK, here's my plan as if I have one, registration is open online for ALC6 right now and I plan to ride I'm gonna register right away. But I may wait till SF Pride Day because it's usually a little cheaper there and I may get an extra hat or somethin' there...

    Also I'm thinking vest because:
    1) have you ever seen me on a bike without a vest?
    2) I'll have at least 2 other "jersey days", there'll be a day in Velo Girls pink, at least one day in training ride leader jersey...so complex.

I added some pictures last night to the photobucket album. These are pictures of me in the sizing samples of the jackets and windvests. The same Amici Veloci design will be on the real thing. I just wanted everyone to see what the cut and fabrics are like on the jackets and vest.

    Sorry if I confused anyone.

Speaking of surviving the ride ... How are you doing after that crash yesterday? And how's the old guy you tangled with doing?

Oh, and one thing I should have protested against right away ... You are NOT clumsy! Or at least, you're a lot less clumsy than I am. I can barely pick my way shakily around an ice rink. You, on the other hand, landed an axel and a double salcow with a torn ligament in your landing-side knee! Not typical of people categorized as clumsy.

I'm fine, just a few big bruises. Haven't heard anything from the old guy. And I am clumsy. I may have landed an axel as some point, but I can still walk into tables on a daily basis, or door frames or anything else stationary that has a tendency to jump out at me.

    Hello -

this thread is getting enormous and people with questions about the jersey are having a hard time wading thru all the posts to find the information they need, so wouldja, couldja, take your conversations elsewhere ?
