Can you lighten the resistance on the trainer some? Some days I just barely touch the resistance wheel to my back wheel, some days I make it snug and therefore harder to pedal. It's why I don't feel bad when I only ride the trainer for 20 or 30 min. To me it feels like an hour out on the road. It'll get easier, you just went from no resistance to lots of resistance. Give it time.![]()



Please tell me using the trainer gets easier & it really does help me in the last bit of my knee recovery phase...
It's hard but then again knee injuries are hard work
