velonews.com: Huff collects jersey at USPRO crit
I saw Brad Huff race at the CSC Invitational earlier this summer in Clarendon, VA. He took off from the start and maintained the lead for over 80 out of 100 laps on a deceptively tough criterium course. Out of 140 riders beginning, only 26 finished! It was so hard to watch the pack catch him just 12 laps from the end. When I went up to congratulate him after the race, though, I got a warm smile and a gracious handshake. The guy was obviously proud of his ride, even though he couldn't hold them off for the win. Definitely a new pro rider to keep tabs on!
"How about if we all just try to follow these very simple rules of the road? Drive like the person ahead on the bike is your son/daughter. Ride like the cars are ambulances carrying your loved ones to the emergency room. This should cover everything, unless you are a complete sociopath."
