    We drove along Chuckanut Drive a few years back and it seemed like it would be great to ride it. And Bellingham is on the short list of places we'd like to relocate, someday.

    I grew up in Bellingham. My parents live just off that road right along the border (nice pic!).

    What fun! Thanks for posting the stories and pix.

    You've helped me make up my mind, too. I have a beautiful Bianchi, like those in the picture. I noticed that one of them had the matching blue/green bottle cages. I've secretly wanted those, but thought it kind of silly...I have a gift cert to the LBS, and I'm getting the matching cages!

    the amazing thing about it is I am not that stiff or sore. I confess I haven't ridden since Saturday though.
