    Running Coach - Update - Week 14

    Well, what can I say?

I haven't ran in 2 weeks...and I won't be running again for another week. Next week, I start again.

Now, we are working on strengthing some of the smaller muscles in my feet and legs. I just have to do this weird walk (hard to explain) all week, nothing else.

Oh, and I got the torture/aka:sport massage on my legs again. I like the pain.

That's all I got for ya folks.

On the upside... I am working on completing a 400 mile challenge for the month of July. Here are my stats thus far (not bad for not getting on my bike until 7-8-06!) :

    Bike: 20h 39m 44s - 288.74 Mi

And I will be logging another 115 miles before 8-31-06!

    The massages sound interesting.

That's some major miles on the bike! Great work.

On the bright side, you can now join the ministry of silly walks:

    HA! HA! Funny picture!

Shoot, with my drills... etc... I have been looking silly for MONTHS!

Gosh, this running... what a saga. Thanks for listening/reading ladies and for the positive words!

I am still proud of myself for sticking with it. I typically give up on something that I can't do.
