Got in an early (43 km) ride today while my little guy was at skateboard camp this morning. Fell off my bike for the first time because my chain fell off when I shifted gears going slowly uphill and I couldn't unclip fast enough. Got a bruise and road rash on my leg. Guess I'm a real cyclist now... Ouch...

I decided to try a different route again. Thought It would be a bit less of climb. Wrong. Found out it's hard to judge a hills steepness before sunrise. Good Brevet traing, I hope. In spite of this , I did get home a bit early, so I tacked on some extra mileage
