    My new DolceVita !!!!

    To disable ads, please log-in.

Picked her up this weekend from tune up and maintenance. It's 2005 Specialized Dolce Vita in torquoise color, soooooo prewty. Took her out for a ride today for 12 miles and could not believe how like this baby is. I already have polar bottle in blue color and sss shorts in blue, my helmet also happened to be blue ( can you tell i like blue ??) Love the shifters and the hoods. I attached a picture that was taken by seller but not sure if it will come out right.

    She's a looker!

I have her younger cousin...2006 Dolce Comp and I have yet to take a photo. I should probably do that, huh?

I am LOVING my Dolce...so much fun to ride!

May you cross many wonderful miles together!

hey kimmyt as long as no one saw its fine right I have one question about breaks. Today on a ride i felt that i was putting to much effort to make the bike come to a stop. I actually had to use both front and rear break and really give it a good squeeze. Is that how you feel on yours too ???

Hmm, sounds like you should take it into the shop and get it tuned up. Some cables might need tightened up. I've been on my Vita for a few months now and am around 500 miles. I just noticed what you mentioned about the brakes a few days ago and took her in to be tuned up (there were some issues with derailleurs as well) and now it's much better.

What a gorgeous bike! I saw a bike today that had pedals the color of your bike, a lovely iridescent blue. Accessorize!!!

    Enjoy your new baby.

I love that color. I almost bought a helmet that would have matched her.
