This story is in today's news here in San Diego... I LOVE this! Don't mess with cyclists!

A man who saw his car being stolen Monday chased the suspects down with a bicycle and pulled them out of his car, and later chased them again, causing the car they were in to crash, police said.

The car was stolen at 6:10 p.m. at Mission Boulevard and Ventura Place, said Sgt. Bob Dare of the San Diego Police Department.

After the victim got his car back, he and a friend decided to get the suspects.

They, in turn, came back, thinking the victim would be alone and they would be able to steal the car he had recovered, Dare said.

Instead, the victim and his friend chased them until the suspects crashed at West Mission Bay Bridge and Mission Boulevard another.

The suspects -- a man and a teenage boy -- were arrested. No one was injured, Dare said.
