All my recs--below--are Spinervals
1. Hillacious -- probably the best hill workout I've done. It's fun and tough. The rest segments are a little too long though but you can up your cadence during them. Uphill Grind is good but it's too short in duration for me.
2. For strength, Ultra Conditioning/Legs, Big Gear Strength, and my favorite, Bending Crank Arms.
3. For building your base, I'd get ABB5. It's a compilation of the other Aero Base Builder workouts and is 2 hours and 10 mins or so. You can break it down into shorter segments.
4. Totally Time Trial is a longer workout---around 90 minutes---and gets progressively tougher. The last set is KILLER.
5. You'll want to get one recovery workout---any of the Aero Base Builders or Recharge. Some of the Fitness Series workouts will work (Ride Strong or Sweating Buckets).
You might want to check some of Coach Troy's longer workouts -- Have Mercy, Have Mercy the Sequel, and Tough Love. You can break those down into shorter workouts, so you get more bang for your buck.
I really like Ultra Conditioning w/Iron Girl. It's more of a circuit workout but tell you what---I can do a lot more "big girl" pushups now that I've been doing this one and I started out being pretty strong (I could bench press 70lbs! woohooo!! but couldn't do more than 10 pushups without dropping down to girly-girl push up style. Now I can do 20 Big Girl pushups in 30 seconds and I expect to keep upping the number as I do this workout consistently.)
I believe Troy's putting out a 5.5 hour workout soon, too---a simulated century. I cannot wait to get that one and try it out!!
