    OOS/RSI-help needed

    HI ladies,

I now know why i'm unable to hold my right handle bar very well, put my palm on my mouse & having pains in my hand/palm/wrist-I have RSI/OOS....

I'm going to see a Physio but before i see him, can anyone suggest anything for biking? I have a good pair of gloves w gel but am thinking of getting another pair-Nanci you were talking about gel gloves..any ideas?

I have a squeeze ball & using that for now. I'll just keep on biking & deal with the pains.

Moral of the story...don't try & squeeze your mouse to death...or your handlebar...

What grips do you have on your bike? I used to get pain running through my hands, and found by swapping the grips to chunkier ones it helped.
