What to do with a blender???

... so I have the blender, I've hooked it up (it's nifty keeno cool)... and Monday is our "member Meeting ride."
Recipes??? What do people do with blenders besides milk shakes, which sound s a litte too complicated...

When I had a blender, I used it mostly for smoothies and milk shakes, neither of which are complicated.

Milk shake: a few scoops of ice cream of your choice, a dash of milk and whatever flavoring you like. I prefer vanilla ice cream and fresh strawberries or raspberries or blueberries myself

Smoothie: chopped fresh fruit and a splash of juice. For example: fresh strawberries (or frozen berries) and a spash of orange juice.

I do smoothies too ... tofu, frozen peaches or berries, a bit of mint, a splash of juice to get it going, a very ripe banana if I have one, bee pollen if I've got it ... put it in a go-cup and it's a perfect breakfast!

Chocolate Tofu Pie!!! Easy to make, yummy yummy yummy and much less guilt
    1 box of silken tofu
    1 bag choco chips
1/3 cup of liquid (soy milk or espresso work equally well)
1/2 tsp vanilla (or use vanilla soy milk)
honey to sweeten if desired - I find between the soy milk and the chocolate its plenty sweet for my tastes to I don't add any.

melt choco chips with liquid in microwave

blend all ingredients in blender until totally mixed and tofu is ultra smooth

pour into a crumb type pie shell if you wish, or into dishes if you don't and chill until set. Tastes best the next day if you can wait. I like (sp?) Ayazumaya tofu as it has very little tofuie aftertaste

    One of our favorites:

    Frozen bananas (2 - 3)
    Peanut butter (1/3 cup)
    soy or regular milk
(You can also add oats to this and it makes it a bit more filling)

    Another:

    Frozen bananas
    frozen berries
    soy or regular milk

    Also:

    Frozen juice blend concentrate
    rum
    tropical fuit juice
    ice

You're going to be more popular this summer than the neighborhood ice-cream vender! Follow Dianyla's suggestions and you'll never want for company.

I zipped through this thread so pardon me if I am repeating what someone else has already said!

My blender is used for Endurox 4 Recovery Drink- Vanilla- with milk and plain nonfat yogurt. Pour in milk, add yogurt, put in Endurox on top - blend for about 30 seconds.

You now have a yummy milkshake with all the stuff you need after a good ride!
