    Holy cow! I did a 600K!

Wow. I just completed a 600k. I am super shivery and cold and waiting for my bacon double cheesburger to be brought to me.

Anyway, I think the total ride time was 35 hours, 40 minutes (out of a 40 hour limit) and my ride time was about 28:45. I slept about 45 minutes in a communal motel room with some friends.

Need to eat. Will report tomorrow.

HUGE thank yous go to Nanci who advsied, encouraged, was supportive and put up with my dozens of questions about this event!!

    Congrats!!!

What an accomplishment! You should be *very* proud!

Once you're well fueled and rested, I'd love to hear more about it - esp your training tips (just took a job, so the long rides will have to be relegated to weekends - though I'm considering the 4:45 ride time suggestion offered in another thread).

I've been panicking about doing the 100k Grand Slam in 2 weeks. You make me feel like a ****. Congratulations - what else is there to say? Except you make me feel like crying with pride. And I don't even know you!
