Excited to be a spectator for once!

This Saturday, the USATF national half marathon championship will be run in Columbus. Runners like Desi Linden, Tara Welling, Abdi Abdirahman and Craig Leon and more, on the same roads I've run.

I've never been a spectator at a foot race before. Poring over the course map ... trying to figure out where the best places and times to watch will be

Will you be itching to start running when you see them? I know I can't be near a pool without wanting to dive in!

Have fun Oakleaf! I must admit I am wondering the same thing that Pax is, but regardless, have a good time this weekend!

Sounds like fun! I've been a spectator at the Marine Corps Marathon and at a triathlon up in Maryland, but in all cases I was there to support someone I knew and they told me where I should be and the approximate time to be there.

    Have a great time!

Well I'm thinking about jogging between locations so that should be as much of a run as I'm ready for. It looks like I should be able to see them soon after the start, then a little past halfway, and hopefully closer to the finish as well.
