I see it listed when I view new posts, and when I mouse over it I can see the beginning of what you wrote, but when I click on it to view the thread your post is not there. Strange.

I don't know what your entire question was, but when I do indoor spinning (in winter, when the weather is not good for cycling outside) I use my road bike on an indoor trainer. I don't have a separate spin bike.
