Here is the link for the returning "any exercise goes" log. I only call it a challenge as it is a personal challenge for each of us who use it. The challenge time period covers roughtly 13 weeks.

As in the past, you do NOT need to add up your time in the cumulative column, I added formulas to take care of that for you, simply add your cumulative time in the appropriate month. Any exercise will do, this is simply meant to help participants keep track. For me this is especially helpful because I track everything in a physical notebook, so this is nice. Enjoy!
