after 10 days I am definitely seeing some improvement in the flexibility and pain. Have done 2 50 mile rides one on a relatively windless day and one with about 20 miles of 10-15 mph head winds and three fairly challenging gym works outs with some single leg work on stability and strength with a pain level at a 2-4 out of 10 as opposed to a level seven, and with only minimal pain control. Whoot! It's heady experience to actually enjoy riding again.
