vibrating timer/alarm

I am just dreaming. Not that I am ADD...

Here is what I need. A time management pocket-sized timer for 2 hour reminder (break times/reminders) at work. It would be nice if it had other features (multipurpose, music, etc).
My phone is too big to fit in pocket and timex watch is so hard to adjust plus too noisy. My multi-timer has external buttons that get turned off if in my pocket.
It would be nice if it vibrated so management did not know I had to remind myself to take breaks.

Anyone have suggestions on their favorite timers/reminders?
