Wanted: Fluid or Magnetic Trainer & Cycling DVDs

Trainers
I'm looking for a fluid trainer. I'm not particular about the brand just as long as it works, quiet and doesn't vibrate. I will also consider a magnetic trainer as the very last option. I'm in Southeast TX and will travel to areas near Houston, TX or Lake Charles, LA for pickups. I will also consider shipping options too.

Cycling DVDs
I'm looking for anything similar to Endurance Film's "RIDES" series, in terms of music, on-screen heart rate zones, timers, and good scenery. (No Spinverals, thanks!)
