I get my reading glasses and computer glasses from www.zennioptical.com. You can get prescription lenses and frames from a low price of about $7.00 on up. I have reading glasses in a variety of outrageous frame styles scattered around in the various places we live. I have to have prescription versions because of the astigmatism and differences between the eyes. The simple magnifiers don't work for me. You will need to know your interpupillary distance to order prescription lenses.
I also have a very small face and have no trouble finding cheap decent looking frames on Zenni. You can search by frame size but don't go all the way down to small, overlap a bit into medium. Some very small frames don't show up in a small search. For example, these ones are quite small. I have them:
