One of the women in the cycling group I ride with posted this on our facebook wall and it looks awesome. I never donate to stuff through indiegogo for the most part (poor grad student, etc) but this film is something I would gladly PAY to see in theaters. And hopefully some of my non-cycling feminist friends would pay to see it, too. It really gets my goat that cycling is still so male-dominated when it really is an incredibly liberating and empowering activity that women kick butt at. It's a shame that people don't see that and it means that many women aren't comfortable going out there and riding in group rides for fear of the crazy competitive herd of men that refuse to take us seriously. Not all group rides are like this but the ones here definitely have strong colors of "well, women just aren't at the same level as us" depending on the ride.
