It feels like my ribs are bruised! They aren't.
Monday's workout was killer. For a change of pace we did heavy weights, low reps and A LOT of push ups! 325 push ups! I did about half as regular push ups and half on my knees.
Today was also low reps and heavy weights for legs. I set new PRS on leg press, leg extension and hamstring curls. We also did 2 minutes of jump rope, 3 times. I was thrilled that I made it through all three two minute sets without stopping. I don't want to go to work; I want to take a nap!
