Okay, so I went into the bedroom to change into some warm riding clothes and came out excited to go only to view a window full of furious snow.

March today, June tomorrow, February Monday (well, I HOPE note), makes it very hard to adjust to the weather. No wonder I am living at my gym these days!

I'm sitting here looking at photos posted on twitter by the PR director for the Mets. They're shoveling snow in Denver, trying to get the field ready baseball.

The Mets were snowed out last week too, in Minnesota.

Crazy. And I thought the cold wind on opening day in NY was bad...

Yep! I am now whining about the weather like a child and feel no shame about that. 2013 ... the year when Spring never came or at least it feels that way!

As I look out my window right now, it is soooooooooooo depressing. White stuff. More and more @$#!* white stuff! I generally like the snow and cold. In winter. Whither goest thou spring? Our forecast:

Oh Norse, you have it much worse that we do. How awful! We had 40 degree temp swings around the state here today. Spring is trying to get a toe hold here, but it's been like a yo-yo.

I think, at some point, we are just going to end up skipping spring this year and going right to summer. Seven inches of new white stuff in our yard this morning. I am getting bored with my biking dvds.
