After reading some posts on TE about using pure shea butter as a lubricant, I ordered some off Amazon and used it today for a 40 mile ride in the area a lot of us have problems from a too pear shaped saddle. (Although I'm beginning to think there isn't one t-enough for me.) Anyway, I had been putting liquid bandaid on the areas that chafed under my sitbones where my leg and glute meet in the back. Today I put the shea butter, and it worked! No other lube has stayed put through a ride, but that stuff was still there and had to be removed with soap and hot water in the shower, so thanks to whoever recommended it!
