I used this a ton in the 90s, and just started using it again. Fantastic protein powder! It does have stevia in it, but you really cannot taste it. It works great in oatmeal, but here is a trick.

1/2 cup oatmeal
Cover in pot with milk, I use hemp milk

It comes out super creamy and then I add the protein powder. For smoothies, use milk/hemp milk, a banana, a scoop of the powder, and yummy!
