I know a number of people are fellow Bike Friday owners so I thought I'd share this.
Bike Friday just posted the following on their facebook page.

Bike Friday has issued a Safety Warning to all tikit owners. We recommend you stop riding your tikit immediately because of stem failures that have been brought to our attention. We are researching the issue and will share information with tikit owners as we learn more. We ask that all tikit owners register with us to be on the list to get more information. Brewer was supremely annoyed, but I'd much rather get the notice than be the person who had a stem failure.
