DCCX matches Elite Men's and Women purses! Women's skill clinic on site!

DCCX is supporting Elite and grass-roots Women by putting out a massive $1750 purse to the elite women and a free CX skills clinic at the race venue.

Saturday 10/20- DC-ChiX clinic and DCCX-TT in the afternoon (details to be announced soon)

DCCX is encouraging beginner racers with a special "Rookie Race" in
addition to the usual Cat 4 (beginner ) men's and women's races. Women
are welcome in the Rookie race (or other men's races, such as Single Speed)

The rookie race is a low key way to check out this fun cycling sport.
The tandem race is hilarious and fun for participants and spectators alike!

Cyclocross is a lot of fun and one of the easiest ways to get involved
in bicycle racing.

I actually picked up a used cx bike recently and started to race (well - I've done one so far, and DCCX (newb's division in the afternoon) will be my second.
Looking forward to the clinic!
