Note: Saudi Arabian women generally don't bike (nor by law, allowed to even drive a car). And yes, still in the 21st century. (It's dismaying to learn that over 40% of women these days there are university educated. But many don't work in Saudi Arabia at all, because strict Muslim beliefs cause segregation of men and women, etc.)
