    The best under $1500

I've been doing some research and recently found this article: http://thatswhatshesaidaboutyourbike...nder-1500.html

What do y'all think about this list? Do you agree? Would you put a different bike on the list?

$1500 will be about my budget at tax return time so I thought I'd check the bikes on this list out.

Great list! Good luck on finding the perfect X machine.

Edit: Arrrgh! Your list led me to the Rove. It's steel.

    Can we say: want!!!

    Definitely don't need.

I like Jake, too. But the Rove created Bike Lust.

I <3 #6 - Redline Conquest! I have a 2011 (swapped out the Shimano for SRAM Apex) and my son has a 2012 Conquest 24. Great bikes.

Just what I needed! We have a Fuji in the shop. Good thing it's about 3 sizes too big for me.

I'm starting to look. I shouldn't, but I am. (It's either a CX bike or a new road bike...)
At least I don't leave slime trails.
