    Love it!
"My predominant feeling is one of gratitude. I have loved and been loved;I have been given much and I have given something in return...Above all, I have been a sentient being, a thinking animal, on this beautiful planet, and that in itself has been an enormous privilege and an adventure." Live with intention. Walk to the edge. Listen hard. Practice wellness. Play with abandon. Laugh. Choose with no regret. Continue to learn. Appreciate your friends. Do what you love. Live as if this is all there is.

Heh - riding racehorses as a teenager and 15 years of rock climbing give you shoulders like that They look nice but are worth diddlysquat when it comes to biking and running, and it's a bear finding a nice evening dress that fits.

    But thanks
