    Fabric glue for technical fabrics?

The reflective spots are falling off a pair of shorts and a jersey. I like having them there. (Also, they look silly if I let them just go like leaves in fall.) Are there fabric adhesives that are safe for use on technical fabrics?
At least I don't leave slime trails.

Not sure, but sometimes I wonder why companies even bother putting heat adhesive trim and things on stretchy tech fabrics. The only ones that seem to stay put are the sort of tabs that are sewn into seams. I have spots like this on my Gore shorts and I have seen other companies do this, too.
