    Which training DVD

Ok, the bike is all set up on the evil fluid trainer for the winter. I am ready to purchase a training dvd or two. What do you gals recommend? I am a roadie. My longest ride to date has been 50 miles, average speed 14-15 mph. My goals for the winter are to maintain/improve my fitness level. When the weather breaks (maybe April). I'd like not to have to spend time getting my rear toughened up to the saddle. In 2006 I would like to be able to do a century or two. I also want to do a 4 day supported ride at the end of Auguest with distances of 70+ miles each day with some tough hills on the last two days. There are so many choices for dvd's out there. What do you use?

Thanks Yellow. I did a search before my post but for some reason didn't get any hits.
