    F/S- Cannondale Synapse Carbon

After a lot of thought I am selling my 47cm 2007 Cannondale Carbon Synapse, it is a Women's Design with shorter cranks and short reach shifters. I am 5'2" with a 29" inseam, this is a good bike for a shorter rider and depending on your inseam will fit someone 5'5" or shorter. I do have a very short torso and the reach has always been a bit long, I finally decided I need a better fit for me.

The bike has been professionally maintained and stored inside the house the entire time, never wrecked and rode in fair weather. Some scratches but I had them inspected at my shop and they told me it is purely cosmetic, no affect on the integrity of the carbon. I will photo those tonight and add them.

I mostly mountain bike and the bike has not received much use in the past three years since I started mountain bike racing. Great bike with a smooth ride, it is designed to be comfortable for long rides. The cassette and chain have approximately 1,000 miles on them and are in very good condition, the bottom bracket has also been replaced at the same time. Includes two bottle cages (Bontrager Aluminum in Blue) and Cateye Astrale 8 Computer. DOES NOT include pedals.

Asking $1,250 for the bike. If you live within 3 hours of the Austin, TX area I can meet you half way to test ride it (only serious interest please). If not shipping will be $175 to have my LBS professionally pack and ship the bike.

There are a total of 4 scratches. Two are because the bike shop that built it did not put tape under the cables, I am going to replace the dirty 3M tape over the weekend but it does a great job of not letting the cables rub anymore. There is one scratch on the chain stay, it is actually much smaller than this picture makes it appear, this is the one I had the LBS check because of the location. The photo isn't very good, it is hard spot to photo. The final ones are very minor ones on the fork, a gust of wind knocked the bike over when I was changing a flat on the road. That was when I learned not to leave the bike standing thinking the fork can hold it.
