    Watchful Police

Okay this could also go under humor. The Bike Hermit offers free pick up and delivery to many of his customers. Friday he rode his bike to collect a fairly expensive full suspension MTB from a customer's office. There he was, riding his surly cross check with a huge basket on the front, holding onto the MTB and gets flagged to stop by a policeman. The policeman has a report of a stolen MTB with a similar description. Of course it is the one day he forgot to take his phone and his wallet. So there he is with no phone, no ID. Can't call the customer so the police can hear that he really does have permission to have the bike. Thankfully the police did believe him and he carried on. He also thanked the police officer for being curious and paying attention.

That *is* funny. I could just picture your husband towing the MTB. Inconspicuous, not.
