FS: New Terry Baggies Shorts Sz 2X/3X

I have a new older style of Terry baggie shorts for sale. They wee given to me as a gift and I cannot return them. They are marked 2X, but are too big for me though I wear 2X in their lycra shorts. The waist measures: Unstretched = 21" (42" total); Stretched = 23" (46" total). This looks more like 3X on their plus size chart. The inseam is 8" and it is 20" from the waist to the bottom of the shorts. It has a permanently attached liner with pad. There are slash pockets on both sides with a zipper closure. There is a patch pocket on the right thigh with a velcro closure. I am asking $30 OBO which includes shipping to the lower 48 states. Here are some pics below. Thanks for looking.
